We give back
Since 2017, UBB has distributed over 25,700 newspapers weekly and monthly, over 16,530 Study Bibles, about 6,320 books, and a little over 11,250 hygiene kits. In the past 7 years, UBB has donated over $14,660 worth of food for meals prepared for both prison staff and inmates.

Instead of giving travel-sized or mini-bottled containers, each UBB hygiene kit comes with a full-sized shampoo bottle paired with conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap bars and deodorant.
About the study Bible
The Study Bibles we gift inside prison cost $100.00 each, thanks to sponsors we hand them out to anybody who requests. At the moment we provide both English and Spanish copies. The Bible is written in NKJV (New King James Version) and has commentary to help the readers understand the Word of God.
Newspapers handed out weekly
UBB classes are held by volunteers, every week in more than 8 different units in Texas alone. At each of these classes, weekly published newspapers are brought in and distributed. The content in the newspapers include motivational messages, helpful resources, testimonials of over-comers and more.
UBB – Universal Beyond Bars is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and any donation made is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, UBB will provide, upon request, a credible letter for submission and record.
