Did you know you have a sixth sense? Faith brings to the human being a sixth capacity that, unfortunately, is underutilized or misused by most people because God put this inside the human being, considering that without faith, you can’t live.
Without faith, you don’t work (because how will you work 30 days for your boss if you don’t have faith that he will pay you at the end of the month?).
How will you leave the house if you have no faith that you will come back? How will you take a medicine if you don’t have faith that the medicine will help you?
So, in this case, I speak of natural faith, which is independent of your belief in God. You need faith to survive. Without faith (trust), you don’t get on the plane. Without faith, you don’t go to college. The atheist needs this kind of faith.
But another type of faith connects the human being with God. The Holy Text says:
“And without faith, it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” (Hebrews 11:6)
Faith:
It is an essential requirement for the person to please God (just as you are happy by those who believe in you). God, in His perfection, puts as a condition to interact with a person who believes in Him and manifest their faith.
So, if you are going through, for example, a situation of injustice or someone who has hurt you, you have to have faith in God’s justice and the Righteous Judge. He’s seeing this, don’t worry.
When you manifest your faith in God, immediately, you receive relief from pain, hatred, desire for revenge, and all the stress that injustice brought you. You receive peace and let God work because you trust He will do justice much better than you. You must use the weapons of faith. So, when you manifest your faith, you will get closer to God, and He will reward you.
Maybe you ask, “What’s the reward?” First, you’ll find eternal peace because Jesus promised, in Him, that we would find peace, and this peace is salvation. Your salvation is the most essential thing in this world and the most significant choice God gave us. What else do you desire? To be released? God can do that, but remember it starts with your “Sixth sense,” which is your faith. Your faith will set you free within, and then you will see the materialized blessing, which is your release in God’s time; he knows what is best for you and when it is best.
